StandsAndStays (standsandstays.com) is operated by Riverside Smoke House & Grill Property LLC. This policy explains what information the site does — and does not — collect when you visit.

We don't have accounts, and we don't take payments

StandsAndStays is a planning tool, not a store. There are no user accounts and no sign-ups on this site, and we never sell anything directly. We never see, collect, or store your payment information — purchases happen on the seller's own website (see "Leaving this site" below).

We don't run contact forms, and the only email address we ever collect is one you choose to give us: the Ballpark Tracker page offers optional ballpark-alert emails (things like cheap flights to cities whose parks you still need). If you subscribe, we store your email address and the alert types you picked so we can send them. That's the one piece of information on this site that leaves your device, and only when you submit that form.

What is measured: basic, privacy-respecting analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — things like which pages get visited, roughly what country visitors are in, and which sites sent them to us. This helps us decide which teams and guides to add next.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is built to respect privacy:

• It does not use cookies.
• It does not track you across other websites.
• It does not fingerprint your device or build a profile of you.
• We see totals and trends, not a record of what any one person did.

Separately, Cloudflare (our hosting and security provider) processes standard technical information — such as IP addresses — briefly, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. That is part of how the web works, and it is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Cookies and your device

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own and assigns you no identifiers. If your browser shows cookies for standsandstays.com, they are limited to anything technically required for the site to load securely.

Your device: the Ballpark Tracker

The Ballpark Tracker is an optional feature that lets you check off parks you've visited, log games, mark teams you've seen, and keep a signature-food checklist. That information is stored only in your browser's local storage, on your own device. There is no account and no server copy: we never see your tracker, and it is never sent to us or anyone else. It stays until you erase it (there's an erase button on the tracker page) or clear your browser data — and you can export it to a file anytime, so your archive is never lost. Ticket photos you attach to a visit are stored on-device the same way — as image data in your browser's own on-device database (IndexedDB) — and are likewise never uploaded or sent anywhere. The only tracker-related information that ever leaves your device is an email subscription, and only if you separately sign up for ballpark alerts as described above.

The other exception is what happens after you click out — see the next section.

Leaving this site: affiliate links and third-party cookies

Most buttons on this site — tickets, hotels, flights, cars — are affiliate links to other companies, including SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, TickPick, Expedia, Booking.com, and Travelpayouts partners. How we make money from those links is explained on our disclosure page: https://standsandstays.com/disclosure/

When you click one of those links, you leave StandsAndStays. The company you land on may set its own cookies — that's how it credits us for the referral, and how it runs its shopping cart and checkout. Those cookies, and anything you share on that site (including payment details), are covered by that company's privacy policy and terms, not ours. We don't control them, so it's worth a quick look at their policy before you buy.

Children's privacy

This site is a trip-planning tool for adults buying tickets and travel. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We don't sell personal information

Apart from an email address a visitor chooses to subscribe with (above), we don't collect personal information from visitors, and we don't sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone. The parties that process data in connection with this site are Cloudflare (hosting, security, and the analytics described above), Supabase (which stores ballpark-alert subscriptions, if you make one), and the sellers you choose to click through to.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site works — for example, if we ever add accounts or a mailing list — we'll update this policy first and note the new effective date at the top.
