These terms apply to your use of standsandstays.com, operated by Riverside Smoke House & Grill Property LLC ("StandsAndStays," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

StandsAndStays is a free, informational trip-planning tool for sports fans. You pick a team, and we put its schedule next to links for tickets, hotels, flights, and rental cars so you can plan a trip in one place.

We are not a ticket seller, a travel agency, or a booking service. We don't sell tickets or travel, we don't take reservations, and we don't handle payments.

Schedules and prices are provided "as is"

Our schedules come from a third-party data feed (TheSportsDB), and game times, dates, and venues can change — a start time may move, a game may be postponed, and a feed error is possible. Ticket and travel prices and availability come from the sellers and change constantly.

So: always confirm the date, time, price, and availability on the seller's site before you buy. We do our best to keep the information current, but we can't guarantee that every listing is accurate at the moment you see it, and we're not responsible for decisions made based on schedule or price information shown here.

Your purchases are with the seller

When you click out to SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, TickPick, Expedia, Booking.com, a Travelpayouts partner, or any other seller, your purchase is between you and that seller, under their terms, privacy policy, and refund and exchange rules. Questions about an order, a refund, or a cancellation go to the seller — we never see your order and can't change or refund it.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Riverside Smoke House & Grill Property LLC and StandsAndStays are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from purchases you make with third-party sellers — including travel costs or losses caused by a changed, postponed, or incorrectly listed event. If we are found liable for anything arising from this site, our total liability is limited to $100.

Team names, league names, and logos belong to their respective owners. We use team and league names only to identify schedules and events; nothing on this site implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, any team or league.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
